General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the b baji platform and all its services. These Terms apply to all sports betting, casino games, bonus offers, and other features available on this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on b baji, the applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being suspended, and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
The name, mobile number, and other personal details provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may have their withdrawal process blocked. b baji may request additional information or documents for identity verification when necessary.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your login details with others is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately via live chat.

3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted. If a deposit fails, please contact live chat with proof of the transaction.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
All bonus wagering requirements on your account must be met before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers can be sent to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious, b baji reserves the right to place it on hold for review. If a deposit is made through fraudulent or unauthorised means, the associated account will be closed.
Bonuses and Promotions
b baji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which must be met.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before making a withdrawal. A bonus is not a guaranteed payment — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering conditions are met.
4.2 Other Promotions
Weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket season deposit bonuses, birthday gifts, and refer-a-friend bonuses — each has its own eligibility conditions and wagering requirements. Any promotion may be claimed once or within a specified period, as stated in the relevant offer details.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
Strategically altering betting patterns to earn bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or abusing the bonus system in any other way will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.
Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
All bets placed on the b baji platform are considered final once confirmed by the system. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error or abnormal odds, b baji reserves the right to void or adjust that bet. No bet may be changed or withdrawn after a match has started (different rules may apply where a cash-out option is available).
5.2 Incorrect Odds
b baji is not obligated to pay out winnings resulting from bets placed at clearly incorrect or abnormal odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
5.3 Sporting Events
For betting on cricket, football, and other sporting events, the decisions of the relevant sporting body are final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with b baji's established policy.
Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b baji platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Registering or transacting using a third party's account or identity.
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to gain a betting advantage.
- Attempting to hack accounts or breach the platform's security systems.
- Colluding fraudulently with other members in betting.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.
If any of the above activities are detected, b baji reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any funds held within it.

Technical Issues and Disclaimer
b baji is committed to providing uninterrupted service, but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical reasons. If a bet or game is interrupted due to network issues, power outages, or other external factors, b baji will make every effort to find the best resolution.

Dispute Resolution
